2011/2012 Dance Group
Welcome to the 2011/2012 dance year. It should be a great year with the addition of our latest group. The dance company how hosts 3 dance groups, ranging in age from 4 yrs to 18yrs. There are 18 girls in all. Along with learning traditional Chinese dance the girls learn about Chinese cultural and heritage.
Group 1 will be dancing 2 dances, Group 2 will be dancing 2 dances, and our newest group #3 will dance 1 this year.
Class times are Group #3 2:45 - 3:30 ----Group #2 3:30 - 4:30 ---- Group #1 4:30 - 5:30
The dates for class are; 8/28 - 9/11 - 9/18 - 9/25 - 10/2 - 10/9 - 10/16 - 10/23 - 10/30 - 11/6 - 11/13 - 11/30 - 12/4 - 12/11 - 01/08 - 01/15
Chinese New Year is on January 23rd, 2012 this year so the performances will be around that time.
Performances are at Notre Dame St. Marys and the Chinese Christian Church for the new year. The dates and times will be announced as soon as they are received.
