Dear parents:
After multiple negotiation with St. Mary and Notre Dame, the times for our rehearsal are finalized as follows:

(1)Chinese Church: The rehearsal is at 3:30PM 1/21/12 (Sat). Pot luck dinner is at 5:30PM. Everyone is invited. Performance will start after dinner.

(2) St. Mary: The rehearsal is at 4:00 PM 1/28/12 (Sat) and the dinner will follow after the rehearsal. Dinner will be provided at the dining hall and is free for dancers.

(3) Notre Dame: The rehearsal is at 5:00 PM 1/28/12 (Sun). A separate room will be reserved for the dancers and one parent for the dinner. Parents need pay $3.00per person for dinner this year. Green room will be reserved for our dancers to change costume just like last year.
A reminder for all parents for the performance at Notre Dame. Please avoid sitting on the front rows if you are planning to leave early. It dose not leave a good impression of leaving the auditorium after our performance and leave the front rows empty.

There will be no class this Sunday, October 30th. We will resume normal schedule November 6th. Have a safe and fun filled Halloween weekend.

Group # 3 will need to purchase a red Chinese Dress for one of their performances. The other performance will be a butterfly costume. You will need a long sleeve leotard and tights.
Wal-Mart has them and Jane would prefer you purchase there. This way all the pinks will match. The rest of the costume will be the wings and beanie with antennae. The cost will be $15.00 for the purchase of them. Please see Julia for this.

Group #2 will need a red Chinese Dress or Pants outfit. for one of their performances. The second costume will be determined by Dec. 1st.

Group #1 The first costume will be the green pants and white leotard. The 2nd costume is to be determined as of yet.

Please see Julia this Sunday if you need to purchase a red dress or red pants.

St. Marys has set their performance date for January 23rd, 2012. This is the only date set as of yet.
